Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY STATEMENT: If you do have a warranty claim as described below then please email 2-4 photos with a description to support@getstingray.com and we will start a claim. In most cases we will send you a return label to get the item back before shipping out a replacement, as the warranty team will need to do an inspection. Once a claim has been filed there is no guarantee that a warranty claim will be approved.

WETSUIT WARRANTY

WETSUIT WARRANTY STATEMENT: Every wetsuit is personally inspected, signed off and stamped by our facility manager. We never send a damaged or used item out. Our wetsuits and neoprene accessories use only the highest quality flexible Yamamoto neoprene and small pressure tears are common. These are caused by pulling on a suit while applying pressure with the fingers or toes and are not covered under Stingray warranty. They can easily be repaired with neoprene cement.

    WHAT WE COVER UNDER WETSUIT WARRANTY:

    • Seem tears
    • Broken zippers
    • Loose stitching

    WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WETSUIT WARRANTY:

    • Pressure tears/holes
    • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products

    WETSUIT WARRANTY PERIOD:

    • Stingray wetsuits are covered for 1-year from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

    iSUP WARRANTY

    iSUP WARRANTY STATEMENT: Every iSUP is inflated for a minimum of 2-weeks (to test for leaks and that it holds reasonable pressure), tested and personally inspected, signed off and stamped by our facility manager. We never send a damaged or used item out. Our double layer fusion board construction is extremely strong, but sharp objects may cause holes. Stay away from sharp objects and avoid excessive heat. If an object causes a puncture this is not covered under Stingray warranty. Please use the repair kit provided.

        WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

        • iSUP leaks where no puncture hole is present - seam leaks
        • PVC or EVA deck pealing off

        WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

        • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
        • Puncture holes and leaks caused by sharp objects
        • Excessive abrasions or scrapes caused by contact with hard or rough surface

        WARRANTY PERIOD:

        • Stingray iSUPs are covered for 2-years from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

        COOLER WARRANTY

          WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

          • Faulty plugs, taps, metal or rope handles
          • Cracks not cause by excessive force

          WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

          • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
          • Cracks caused by excessive force

          WARRANTY PERIOD:

          • Stingray coolers are covered for 5-years from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

          iSUP PADDLES AND PUMPS WARRANTY

            WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

            • Cracks not cause by excessive force
            • Failure of pump to inflate or deflate correctly - leaks

            WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

            • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
            • Cracks caused by excessive force
            • Excessive abrasions or scrapes caused by contact with hard or rough surface

            WARRANTY PERIOD:

            • Stingray pumps and paddles are covered for 2-years from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

            GOGGLES WARRANTY

              WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

              • Broken straps
              • Lenses that fog where there is no evidence of rubbing with a towel or finger
              WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:
              • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
              • Lenses that fog due to being rubbed
              • Lens scratches

              WARRANTY PERIOD:

              • Stingray goggles are covered for 6-months from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

              EARBUDS WARRANTY

                WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                • Failure to pair or play music correctly
                • Touch pad malfunction
                • Poor cord connection

                WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
                • Misplacing earbuds or earbud parts
                • Sound issues caused by the playing device or device pairing

                WARRANTY PERIOD:

                • Stingray earbuds are covered for 1-year from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

                  APPAREL, JEWELRY, PACKS/BAGS, SWIM AND BEACH GEAR WARRANTY

                    WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                    • Defective stitching or gluing
                    • Broken straps

                    WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                    • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products

                    WARRANTY PERIOD:

                    • Stingray apparel, jewelry, packs, bags and swim tools are covered for 1-year from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer

                    SUNGLASSES WARRANTY

                    SUNGLASSES WARRANTY STATEMENT: If you have been in a bicycle accident and your sunglasses were broken we will replace them for FREE if you let us know.

                      WHAT WE COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                      • Broken frames not caused by blunt trauma
                      • Broken nose pieces
                      • Faulty lenses where there is no evidence of abrasive rubbing

                      WHAT WE DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY:

                      • Fading caused by chlorine, salt water, sunshine, or chemical products
                      • Lens scratches

                      WARRANTY PERIOD:

                      • Stingray eyewear is covered for 1-year from the time of purchase, only with proof of purchase from our website, the Stingray store, or a Stingray authorized partner retailer
