Please make sure to roll the closed top over 3-4 times before clipping to ensure that it remains watertight.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Loop the strap through the plastic buoy handle and then back through itself to attach it to the buoy, then the strap goes around your waist and can be tightened.
